Both can be used to solve stress, anxiety and panic disorders. Today I am going to discuss the impact of digg (yes, the wonderful web 2.0 site) and it’s role in stress management and relief. Can social websites like digg solve real mental health problems of real people? Some people might not see the connection readily, but it’s very much there. I will also briefly explain some digg strategies to manage stress. I will leave the specific techniques and strategies for another post.
