He who controls the heart controls the stress

Firstly my apologies for the use of the masculine gender. It was too tempting to twist the old saying which originates from the times when men ruled the world (well, almost).

We have all heard about how stress, panic and anxiety make the heart beat faster. But now more than a decade long research has led to the conclusion that the reverse may also be possible.

If you were somehow able to see your heart rhythms and were able to control these rhythms then you are likely to directly affect the whole body and relieve yourself from the effects of stress.
